I was gratified and excited to be invited by Oaxaca Estenopeica to participate in their Octava Semana de Fotografía Estenopeica in Mexico. Along with teaching a workshop on ultra large format paper negatives and caffenol developer at the Centro Fotográfico Manuel Álvarez Bravo, I was given the chance to mount an exhibition at the Centro de las Artes de San Agustín, north of town in San Agustín Etla. It was my great fortune that while I was there, two exhibitions of the pioneer of pinhole photography Carlos Jurado also opened, one at the CFMAB in Oaxaca and one at CASA San Agustin.
